Trying Biome
I was very skeptical about Biome https://biomejs.dev/, but decided to try it anyway.
And the results were actually a pleasant surprise. I tried to run it on a working project. Biome replaced eslint with a bunch of plugins and a custom config that we had been setting up for ourselves for a long time, almost perfectly. That is, Biome with default settings does almost the same thing as our advanced eslint config.
At the same time, linting and formatting on prettier and eslint takes 28s, and on Biome - 1s 😳
Since this is the case, I decided to throw Biome into my template for Next.js - https://github.com/artabr/liva-nextjs, and at the same time updated the dependencies.
